Summer School "Photonic Metamaterials: From Micro to Nano Scale",
1-7 August 2005, Erice, Sicily, Italy
The scope of the course was to introduce participants to concepts, methods, applications and the state-of-the-art in micro-photonics in order to build a bridge towards nanophotonics. The school focused on both the theoretical and experimental aspects of the current research in this field, with an eye to potential applications.

Posters
A poster session "Advances in Nanophotonics" will be held on Tuesday evening - 20th March (though Poster can be displayed from 11.00 am on Tuesday)
Each Partners is expected present at least one poster!
Guidelines
Poster should include the following:
- Research excellence at M30 of PhOREMOST project
- Integration - who (in PhOREMOST) are you collaborating with and how
- Highlight area/topics/techniques/materials you need to pursue excellence, proposals, joint experiements etc.
Download Phoremost Logo here
Please bring a soft copy of your poster to give to the coordinators at the meeting.
Location
The Meeting will take place at University “La Sapienza” Faculty of Engineering, located at Via Eudossiana, 18 (near the Coliseum, at S. Pietro in Vincoli), in the Chiostro Room. The University is located in the centre of Rome and therefore using underground
is probably the best means of transport: you can change from A to B line of the underground, and vice-versa at Termini station.
