Objectives

To provide enable efficient decision-making and uptake of strategic actions.

To enable a flexible operational management of the network.

To create processes, templates, and instructions for follow-up of both technical progress and financial expenditure.

To provide the means for efficient internal information flow.

To agree on and execute IPR provisions, non-disclosure and access rights.
